While I would have certainly included "Medical Operation" in any "best of" Upsetters collection, this is a dynamite set. It shows off the Upsetters at their grooviest ("Soulful I"), their wildest ("For A Few Dollars More"), and their heaviest ("Waap You Waa"). Great stuff.
