Legendary Skatalites In Dub was originally released as The Legendary Skatalites on a Jam Sounds LP and is a wonderful missing link in The Skatalites' long history. The band got back together in 1975 for some midnight jam sessions, mostly recorded at the Black Ark and then mixed by King Tubby. It's a marvelous and very atmospheric album, really more jazz than reggae. Motion has also released two separate LPs with this material, Heroes Of Reggae In Dub and Herb Dub Collie Dub.
